OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Here there are many different activities you can do depending on how long you have, and how flexible your JTE is:

1. Students can make groups of different sizes and make their own role play of a fast food restaurant.

2. Students could create their own menus and dialogues for many different types of restaurants.

3. You could give students menus from around the world to help inspire them.

NOTES:

Although the vocabulary and dialogues were all very simple, English was used through-out the class and all students memorised vocabulary and dialogues with correct pronunciation… This was tested in the interview test at the end of the term.
